I appreciated the 24-hour check-in. It suited my travel schedule perfectly. the room included a modern bathroom. i found a convenient location near the national arboretum. the parking spaces were ample, simplifying my arrival and departure.
Sound travelled through the ceiling. This was a minor distraction.

the entrance impressed me with its well-maintained appearance and aesthetic appeal; i noticed that the hotel included easy car access, a definite plus for travellers. the lobby had comfortable seating areas. the staff were friendly.

the rooms had enough pillows and towels, acceptable.
The bar ran out of red wine and brandy on both nights. Why didn't they just grab some from a local store? additionally, the coffee machine was broken, so no coffee was available in the bar. the staff was nice, but someone needs to handle the ordering and stocking better.

the staff were very cute and friendly. they were helpful when i needed assistance finding my phone. the reception area was clean and tidy. the corridors and bedroom were similarly well kept.
i encountered an issue with the wifi password. reception did not give me the correct password. reception also did not answer the phone, as it rang for a long time.

The room layout was very functional. the bed was really comfy and the tv was huge. i had a great experience with the restaurant and room facilities. Everything was great.
The room was a bit too bright in the morning. I would have appreciated thicker curtains.
